FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions Columbus, Georgia homeowners and businesses ask us most often.

Are your electricians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every Bright Force Electric technician is a licensed electrician and our company carries full liability insurance. All work is performed to current NEC code and, where required, completed under permit and inspected by your local jurisdiction.
Do you really provide free electrical inspections and written estimates?
Yes. We provide a free in-person electrical inspection and a written estimate with no obligation. The estimate itemizes the work, materials, and labor so you know exactly what is included before any work begins.
How quickly can you schedule service?
We aim to respond promptly to every request. Most customers are scheduled within the same week, and many are seen within a day or two. Call us or submit the form on our site and we will confirm the soonest available appointment that works for you.
What areas do you serve?
Bright Force Electric is based in Columbus, Georgia and serves homeowners and businesses throughout the greater Columbus metro area, including Columbus, Phenix City, Fort Moore, Midland, Fortson, and Cataula. If you are nearby, contact us to confirm service availability.
Will you clean up after the job is finished?
Absolutely. Thorough cleanup is part of every job. Our electricians remove all packaging, wire clippings, and debris, and we leave the work area as clean as we found it before the final walk-through.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. For work that requires a permit, we pull the permit and coordinate the final inspection with the local jurisdiction. We do not close out a project until the work has passed inspection and you have signed off.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Payment terms are listed on every written estimate so there are no surprises at the end of the job.
